The Sobriety Skills Group is intended specifically for adult women who are thinking about drinking less, staying sober, or just figuring out their relationship with alcohol.

Whether you’re sober or trying to cut back, you are welcome here. This supportive environment is built on a sense of community, judgment-free, and focused on finding support through shared experiences.

This group is for women who…

  • May be noticing an increase in drinking patterns lately

  • Want to cut back or stop drinking entirely, but haven’t found anything that works

  • Need more accountability and connection with peers who “get it”

  • Want to explore their relationship with alcohol in a non-judgmental space

  • Notice patterns of coping with life stressors by drinking more than normal

I'm Interested

Within this Sobriety Skills-Based Group you will…

  • Learn realistic tools to manage cravings, triggers, and difficult emotions for both immediate and long-term coping.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to you in a safe, vulnerable, and honest environment.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind the brain-body connection in relation to alcohol use and other addictive behaviors.

  • Build a sense of confidence in making decisions that align with your values so that it extends to other areas of your life as well.

  • Work on strategies to help build healthier routines and boundaries for yourself, giving you greater self-awareness around drinking patterns.

Group meets virtually every other Thursday from 4:30-5:30 PM EST. This group is ongoing and resumes on February 5th, 2026.

Folks who live in NC or SC are eligible to join!

Spots are limited to keep group dynamics small.
