Virtual Group Therapy in NC/SC

This OCD Skills Group is designed specifically for adults who are seeking to gain more psychoeducation on understanding symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder while building skills to better manage life with OCD.

This supportive environment encourages individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings while providing valuable insight into their interactions with others.

This group is for adults who…

  • May be struggling with understanding what classifies doubt as reasonable or obsessive

  • Wanting more support outside of individual therapy to feel less alone

  • Feeling stuck in the cycle of obsessions and compulsions

  • Noticing increased panic surrounding OCD symptoms

  • Are curious about building trust within themselves while navigating intrusive thought patterns

This 8-Week OCD Skills Support Group will help you…

  • Learn how to recognize when you are trapped in the OCD Bubble and how to get out of it

  • Gain understanding in recognizing patterns with various types of OCD

  • Build effective skills that are rooted in evidence-based practices for OCD such as I-CBT, ACT, and ERP

  • Connect with other adults who also are seeking support navigating their OCD journey

  • Explore ways to interrupt the obsessional story and feel more in control of your life

Group meets virtually on Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30 PM EST. This group will run for 8 weeks for the first round starting August 18th, 2026.

Folks who live in NC or SC are eligible to join!

Spots are limited to keep group dynamics small.

Cost of each group session: $60
